At Revert, all we want is for everyone to be happy and we try our hardest to make sure you get the best products possible, but we understand these things don’t always work out. So here’s a few things we thought you should know…
- You can cancel any order up until we’ve shipped it.
- You are, of course, entitled to your legal right to return outlined here.
- We offer you the chance to return your product within 30 days of the order being processed, if you are not completely satisfied. We will be more than happy to provide you with a suitable replacement.
- We can’t accept returns of any products that have been worn or damaged. Any returns must be in saleable condition along with original packaging.
- If you receive anything that may have been damaged in transit then please get in touch within 48 hours of it being delivered. You can reach us at [email protected]
- All returns must be requested through [email protected] and sent from the original buyer. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns that have been sold through a third party. Please speak to the seller for information.
- With a return, you are responsible for covering the cost. We would recommend using a tracked service to avoid issues.
- A refund will only be processed once it has been received and reviewed by our team.
